Has anyone pushed oil thru a 27g .5" pin with a 3cc syringe?

Ive done plenty of oil injects with a 27g slin pin.
    I usually backload them also.
I was thinking about switching to a 3cc syringe and using a 27g .5" leur lock pin instead. (Usually I use 25g 1" pins with these).
I was just wondering if the bigger barrel on the 3cc syringe would make it more difficult when pressing down on the plunger.

I grabbed a box of 27ga x 1 1/2, 3ml. They are ok. I tried to pin my glute with them and watched the needle try to buckle some. That was a no go.

I do pin quads with them, and haven't had any issues. It will take a LONG time to pin 1ml. But, pain is very minimal, similar to slin pin.

25g is good since it forces you to take it slow, less pip but it takes so long. 23g is a happy medium, dont think ill every try 27g.

Wow, I didnt even realize they made 27g 1.5" pins. I would be scared of that breaking.

    Incorrect, bigger barrel less pressure.

But they're far easier to handle. Especially if your pushing thick oil.

My point was if youre using a small gauge needle a small body syringe will push the oil easier.

I absolutely agree... I think the wording in the first post was a little vague.

1cc syringe and 27g needle is the way to go.
either back fill syringe or warm the oil and draw with 22g then switch needle.

Yes, this is what I was wondering, and was my concern.
Ive never had a problem pushing oil thru my slin pins, but they only hold 1cc and I was wanting to use more than 1cc on certain injects.
I guess I will just get a few 27g pins and see how it goes. If its too difficult, I will just go back to the 25g pins for the larger syringes.

I have used used 27g 1/2'' 3ml darts with great success. I actually tried a 29g slin pin and the pip was far worse I guess due to the added pressure during injection. All gear as far as carrier oil is 1/3 EO 2/3 GSO that I use. I have had no problem with test cyp and tren ace every other day. Would stick to using 25g though for glutes anything else 27's all the way.

Needle size is about depth and comfort. So long as you have little fat, you could conceivably inject enanthate with an insulin needle. It just takes a REALLY long time to load the syringe and inject. Generally though, this is my advice:

    Oils:
Draw into syringe with a 21g needle. Discard needle and replace with a 1" 25g (frozen) needle for injection. Most docs use a 1.5" 22g needle for this, as it is faster and easier.

    hCG:
    Insulin needle.

I am currently using a 3ml syringe with a 27g 0.5" needle with no issues. My BF% is around 7% though. If it were higher, I would go with a 25g 1" pin.
