Also hope to run 3-4ius a day GH will be my first run with GH but will be starting that a month after this. Been off for about 3 MONTHS haven't been working out much no shakes nada been going through some shit but tightening up as of now here are my stats as of now and brief summary.

Age 31 height 6 flat'
Lbs 208 bodyfat 13-14%
Cyces about 5 or 6

Been working out reading muscle mags since12 was what you call fat skinny( first time joined gym and started drinking protein shakes (cybergenics MegaMass200 GNC1750 that should bring back some memories lol )just turning 14. I hit 225 naturally by 26 at about 15% bodyfat but was usually around 200 fairly lean. Done rec drugs since about 15 mostly weed for the most part but throughout the years had some episodes some very recent. I haven't been a complete saint throughout my journey till now, been dog dick sober couple days now, plan on staying this way done fucking off. Also for some reason my body does never wants to go past 218 fairly lean or 225 holding water on cycle, then I come off and I'm back where I was just a little more vascular every time so what I'm saying is it seems when your pretty much at your genetic peak it seems like results are mostly recomp that's why I plan on adding the GH and breaking some barriers don't want to get mega monster maybe like HeavyIron status within the next 2 years.

Also have worked out about 2 weeks total last 2 months just started calisthenics yesterday to break in, will be back at gym by next week and start cardio and training. Cycle will begin in about 3 weeks so I my body will be ready for whats to come considering time off I haven't lost a whole lot of gains maintained pretty well considering. Good to take a break sometimes, longest one I've taken in about 2-3 years. Wanted to be very elaborate on info so everyone now knows where I'm coming from and can give me a better opinion based on that. Not new to working out or the nutritional aspect but fairly new to the darkside (ASS). So how does cyle look any tweeking I should do and will an AI help gains never really had need for one since the only sides I really get is holding water and very very slightly puffy nips but will go away on its own. Also was reading it's not good to take Ai's first 3-4 weeks something something to do with the estro being beneficial initially???
