    Nicked a vein in gluteus?

The plan was to pin in right gluteus. So I prepare everything like always and my buddy gets ready and pins (only 0.5ml of Tren A).
0.3" in, I start to feel pain (not light) and my butt squeezes, reflex I guess, so my buddy pulled it out. Some blood came out.
What the hell happened? Never happened before, I pinned there 7 days ago with zero pain. Is it possible I nicked a vein in gluteus? (outer quadrant)

    Pinned in right quad instead.

Yes that's very possible. How much blood is "some"? If this is what happened you will likely have a bruise but it will heal fine. A little heat is helpful.

Probably a vein or an artery yeah. Not a big deal.

It would be advisable to inject the upper and outer quadrant of the glute; less veins and nerves there. If you hit a vein no big deal, just be sure to aspirate to avoid getting oil directly into your bloodstream. Most of the veins in this area are closer to the surface, so likely you'd just go though them (avoiding injecting into them), but could have some blood when the needle is withdrawn.

Sounds like you hit a vein, and the reflex thing sounds like maybe you nicked a nerve as well? Just a guess though. Last night was my worst experience trying to inject in all my 6 years of using... i was doing my right glute and i get the needle all the way in... aspirate.. tons of blood... so i pull out, and blood shoots out. So I try to get the blood out of the syringe, switch needles... try again.... i hit ANOTHER vein... so i'm a bit frustrated at this point, get the blood out, new needle.... get it half way in... and nick a nerve... leg starts twitching... so i finally say fuck it, right glute won this battle... pinned it in my left glute without any hassle.

    Yeah I did pin there.

Am I good to go to pin there tomorrow, maybe just 0.3" away from that spot?
Can't do left quad, I injected there yesterday and left butt is still sore from Friday.
(I don't inject into delts or any other body part)

Why don't you inject in delts? It's honestly one of the easiest spots to pin, it's my second favorite spot after glutes. I've never had any problems injecting in them. Easier than quads IMO.

You will have to be the judge. Examine the area for swelling. Tonight you might malternate cold and heat I the area just to help it along.
