So I'm going for my next cycle and should be starting sometime next month. I did a test e/ dbol cycle for my last one and had great results but had a bad issue during my pct weeks and couldnt hardly eat or sleep much less work out so I lost a ton of my gains. I want to make sure I got my pct in line for this go around and I'm going to use my hcg this cycle since I left it alone last time for fear of not understanding it enough.
Wk 1-4: 250mg test p wk (eod pin)
600mg test e wk (2x wk pin)
.25mg adex eod
250iu hcg wk 4
Wk 5-12: 600mg test e wk (2x wk pin)
375mg tren a wk (ed pin)
.25mg adex eod
250iu hcg wk 5-11
Wk 12-14: 1000iu hcg wk
Wk 15-19: 50mg day clomid/20mg day nolva
Let me know what you think and critique me as I know there are more seasoned vets out there. BTW, I'm 6ft, 230lbs, right around 12-15% bodyfat. I got the motivation in the gym and a pretty healthy diet. I'm hoping for more fat loss and quite a bit more muscle mass to come back from what I had. I'll try to add a pic as I don't have alot.

Only things I'd do different would be up the hcg on cycle, but it's dose dependent so if less works great.
Pct I'd drop the nolva, up the clomid and add aromasin.
15-19
Clomid 100/100/75/50
Aromasin 25/25/12.5/12.5

My only suggestion is you drop the nolva and add Aromasin 25/25/12.5/12.5
Aromasin is known as a "suicidal component" meaning its chemical structure and the aromatase enzyme it selects are irreversibly destroyed, making it THE choice for PCT (no estrogen rebound) (Anabolic Steroids - Steroid .com)
Nolva is more of an "on-cycle" SERM in case you get symptoms of gyno, so still keep it on hand, and only take as needed.
As far as the tren, I haven't ran it myself, but 375mg/week sounds like a good starting point. From what most people say on here, run tren as high, and as long as you can... the sides are what stop most ppl.

your gona love what tren will do for you as for as taking off the fat, but be prepared for some bad sides everything from headaches, muscle cramps, shortness of breath and even outside yourself now and then. but if you can handle it the gaines are like no other. dont be afraid to cut back alittle if these do happen. good luck.
Dont forget tren is 19nor. You might need caber or prami.

For my pct stuff, I keep going back and forth from my usual place with liquid to to one with all red pills I see people repping everywhere. I'll go with the aromasin instead of the nolva also. It seems like the nolva gave me mad amounts of acne at the end of my last pct anyway. Appreciate the help on that Dath and MySaturatedFat.
I forgot to mention that I'm about to order up my caber tonight I just keep contemplating who I'm gonna chose for it. So many choices! Thanks Fordfan!
I was also gonna ask about the hcg. I know it's low dosed but I wanna make sure I don't cause gyno problems for myself. Correct me if I'm wrong but if it ain't cutting it with the dosage I plan on I can add to it right?
I was also gonna ask if anyone has used HCGenerate with or after a tren cycle in congruence with their pct? I have a couple homies who are using it with pct after a light test cycle...

A ton of people go 2:1 test to tren ace so I don't see how it's too much. I tried both and prefer 2:1 test to tren compared to 1:2 or 1:1. Less sides, feel better, better strength for me personally.
To much test? Most of what I've read into has shown that the test should be up more than the tren if I am looking for a good bulking go around. It also showed alot more help with the libido issues and other sides of tren. I also read alot of the posts where there was little test compared to the tren and there seemed to be alot more issues this way but still had leaps and bounds on gains. This is my first go at tren and I'm hoping that I have a great experience with it, but at the same time make sure I do it right and have a good flow with the whole cycle. I am def. open to any personal experiences or literature showing why I should dose down from the test though...

As this is your first run with tren ace bro I'd keep the dose at 2:1 in favor of the test basically how you have it. Your gonna reap great rewards from it and see how your body reacts to tren. Just My .02 cents
