    Aching joints

Guys been lifting pretty hard and my elbows are starting to kill me, its not on the inside or outside of the elbows but right on the very point, letting them rest and starting to get better but every time i start training hard my fricking elbows hurt like a bitch, i started taking glucosamine and chondroitin. i hear it works ok on joints. but im kinda looking for something a bit stronger. maybe i can inject. i know if you lift hard you have had this problem also, so please let me know if theres something that works for you. thanks.

Happens every year when I pushin the heavy weights. It's inflammation my Dr. Prescribes me Celebrex . One pill a day , it's like magic. It's a NSAID and raises blood pressure but I'm only on it a couple months and I'm good the rest of the year. Insurance pays but it's really expensive. Naproxen sodium works ok for a couple hrs. Give your dr a call.

NPP should work, I don't see why it wouldn't as the effect comes from the nandrolone itself AFAIK. Also definitely take an NSAID and use a heating pad for 2 weeks or so to restore bloodflow and let it heal a bit. That inflammation can be causing more damage or at the least preventing it from healing, I never knew that and always avoided them until my doc explained it to me when I started having shoulder issues.

Also possibly look into peps/hgh if it's a recurring thing. I think it's not uncommon for people to have small bone spurs on that elbow point so last resort you may need some of that shaved down (only if it's really bad of course).

glucosamine won't help u probably have tendonitis , steroids might also make it worst..just rest don't do any presses and triceps for a week and see if it gets better ..if it does u probably have injured the triceps tendon.
    ice can help
