It's nice feeling being able to talk about it with an actual doc and not just board bros. So if ur nervous about telling ur doc, I just say screw it, go for it...at the worst he's just gonna try and talk u out of it.

What did you expect him to say?...

I would recommend reviewing your health insurance coverage before discussing the issue with your doctor. I'm an insurance agent and know first hand that drug use is not a basis for a denial of claims in my policy. I live in California and laws are vastly different from state to state and policy to policy. If you have health coverage claims that would be covered under that policy would still be covered regardless of drug use. Where it would come into play though is if you were looking for new coverage you could be denied based on previous drug use. Or say you needed some sort of transplant and were needing a donor. This could affect your place in line. But other than that it would not affect you in California.

This is why I keep it all quiet. I don't want to be judged for my drug experimentation. Unless I think it's crucial that they know, I see no reason to give up that info.

I just spoke with a brand new doctor who honestly didn't know what the hell she was talking about, at least not when it came to AAS. I told her I had just finished clomid + HCG + AI and she asked me why. After letting her know I planned to compete in BBing and had taken GNC OTC PH's, she just couldn't take the hint and kept asking me why I wanted to check estradiol, lh, fsh, total t, and serum t. I was disappointed to say the least.

I then asked her what she recommends for a good t3 dose and she pulled out a pamphlet to look it up. She had no idea what aromasin/exemestane was either. By the end of the visit, all i got was confirmation to check test, total test, thyroid, lipids and rbc/wbc/etc.. Very disappointing doctor visit indeed.
