
Hi I'm 41 years old looking to do my first cycle. I've been training for 10 years. Im 5'10" & I weigh 83kgs. My diet is about 3000 calories per day with about 40% in protein. 40% carbs and 20% fats. Only one cheat day pr week. I currently have access to test e, test prop, dbols stanazolol, tren, and masteron. I train each body part twice a week.
I'm looking to gain some muscle to break hrough this damn plateau through the winter months here in Australia then unveil a new and vastl improved physique for spring 2012.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Need some more details here. 500 mg of test/week split into two equal injections is both a classic as well as very effective first cycle. Post up some more details and you'll get more help from everybody here. AAS is a good helper, but most of the benefit is your training and nutrition of which your nutrition sounds pretty good. What's the training look like?

I recommend 500mg of test E spread through two injections a week for a total of 12 weeks. It's your first cycle, and at 41 that amount of test would rock your world. If you're feeling frisky I would up the test to 750mg and/or add dbol to kick start the first 4 weeks. You'll have plenty of time to cycle in the future so save the goodies like tren for later. That's a loaded question, but here it goes.
Prop is a short ester, and you wil start to feel results within a week. However, prop needs to be pinned everyday (some users can get away with every other day, but I think it's a waste).
Enanthate is a long ester, and it takes around 4-5 weeks to start seeing results. Enanthate can be pinned once a week, or 2x a week for stable blood levels.
I am personally pinning 800mg of Enanthate now. 400mg every monday and 400mg every Thursday.
mg for mg prop is the way to go, but I would NOT recommend prop to anyone for a first cycle.

just focus on improving your training by motivating yourself, at 41 it is just the start ..i don't believe in any AAS and any of its benefits, i believe in hard work and dedication... i am 50 and still improving no AAS no Bullshit just pure lifting and sweat.

I would run:
1-12 TestE 500mg EW
1-14 Aromasin 12.5 ED (adjust as needed)
2-12 HCG 250iu twice a week (1000iu EOD for 10 days after last test shot)
PCT: 14 days after last shot of TestE
Clomid 100/75/50/50
Aromasin 25/25/12.5/12.5

I think 500mg a week of test E or C would blow your mine, especially if you havent ran anything before in your early years. see for a kid my age who is younger, my test is already naturally so high, so when i run 300-500 it doesnt feel nearly enough. but with your age,(not saying your old), but with your age your test has already been declining for a couple years. Hell i bet an OTC supplement would make you feel good. but i think that you could start with 300-500 a week of test and see how your body reacts. My friends dad is on HRT and they give him one shot of Test C a week and its only 200mg. He says he feels like a king again. so i would start low. because i promise you at your age you will feel it.
P.S make sure to give it a good 3-4 weeks to "kick in" if your running C or E. stay away from all those other compounds right now. your not trying to be a bodybuilder. just want younger harder look again. or so im guessing
