The "lean" part is going to be determined more by your diet than the compounds you run. I can cut on dbol and anadrol, and so can a lot of other people. Everything depends on your diet.

Still in first cycle...but wanted to stock up so i am prepared when #2 comes around..
currently
1-10 Test E 500mg per week (250mgx2)
1-3 Dbol 50 ED - 25mg pre workout , 25 mg 8 hours later
3-10 - adex .25 eod (added this due to sore nipples and the dbol dose - which is caps so i cant figure a better way to get closer t0 30 or 40 mg)
3-10 HCG 250 x 2 per week
PCT Nolva - starting 2 weeks after last pin

the cycle below i pulled from the sticky. It is what i was considering for a second cycle, i just had a couple questions...
1) can i run adex instead of aromasin, and should i run hcg for this?
2)does prop every other day literally mean that...for instance..mon, wed,fri,sun,tues,thurs...or is it mon-wed-fri...?
3)how should the anavar be taken?
4)is prop shot with the same pins as test e, and same places?

Pay complete and total attention to diet and training..I log absolutely everything...
currently running a 4 day upper lower split...focus on compounds...few isos to round it out...raised rep range recently to try and stimulate some growth.,...as a year ago i absolutly stalled in gains...made every change i could but no luck..
anything missing???
Liver support with d-bol but make sure its at least 4 hours before or after.
Also i would suggest get yourself some high resistance bands (ebay), they act like chains as in the stretch the greater the weight. It will help tremendously getting out of rut!!!

Why the hell do so many new people want to use nolva for pct?! (no disrespect Coop).
