    Foods effects on certain steroids?

    Obviously food affects alot of thing, what about aas?
    Grapefruit I've heard helps diets and potency of d-bol from what i read.
    Is there any other food that can help raise or lower the affects of any steroids?

    Grapefruit inhibits the cyp3a4 enzyme which affects the metabolism of a number of drugs, including benzo's and opiates, as well as possibly dbol and other orals. I doubt you'd find many other foods that have that kind of effect, but the interaction of grapefruit and drug metabolism is well documented.

    So grapefruit would be benifitial or bad to eat on cycle? (i eat it all the time).
