    T3 help!!

How the hell do i run this stuff pre contest? it has many good sides to it and i am not worried about shutting down my thyroid or anything. but the only real question i have is who has experience using it pre contest? i dont want to look flat on stage and i read this stuff can make you look flat. arimadex .5 ED 1-12

50 mcg's T3 daily and you will have zero issues going flat. Guys tend to flatten out around 75-100mcg's T3 daily on average.

T3 pulls/uses the glycogen in your muscles at such a fast rate while burning fat/muscle, especially when on a high dose, and in turn it kind of gives users a flattened look to their muscles.

The best way I could describe it is the flat look when you haven't had carbs in a few days, but it's like that all the time essentially. Regardless of eating carbs. The higher the dose of t3 the more pronounced it can be. I've been through it a few times, it's annoying.

Start loading the T3 now at 25mcg's daily for the first week then increase to 50mcg's T3 daily week 2 all the way to your last carb load. T3 will interfere with the final carb load so drop the T3 a couple days before the final load. Once you are done with the comp you may resume the T3 at 25mcg's daily for a week and jump off or ramp up depending on goals.

and when you say drop the T3 before the final carb load, do you mean lower the dose or drop it completely ? will that have a rebound ? i would say you deff know your shit so just trying to clarify.

You must not take any T3 during the final crab load. Rebound is irrelevant at that point.

Yes, avy is me in November 2011.
