I tore my ACL, went through rehab, got fat and lazy. Time to get off the couch and get back in shape.
Obviously, I have to watch the diet and hit the weights.
Goal: Approx Vin Diesel size. Not competitive BB, not huge.
My question is this... Which should I do first, a bulk cycle (Test C/EQ/A50 with appropriate AI and PCT), or lose the weight first, with a cycle of (Clen/T3/Ketotifen)...?
I'm leaning towards bulking up first and then cutting all the excess fat.
Opinions/Suggestions/Directions PLEASE.
Thanks, Bruthas

you will not like may answer but here it is anyway my friend.
NONE OF THE ABOVE!!!
loose the weight using proper nutrition and a proper fitness program.
if you have to use clen, t3, juice, etc... right off the bat then you are looking for a short cut that does not esist and will you use those products to try and make up for you being lazy. no MAGIC PILLS bro...
if youwant it, earn it.
get your nutrition rght first........
I can not spell worth a damn. I already know this.
so please dont waste your time or mine calling me out on something spelled wrong...
