Are you running an ai?

Starting 4 th week of test e at 500mg per week...
Nipples have been hard for at least two weeks....and maybe I'm paranoid. But I think my nipples, just the nipple not the aerola is larger...by a little
????
Is this gyno, and what should I do

Are you running an ai?

Started adex .25 eod last week, will increase to .5 eod on Monday
If it were me, i would go .5 ed. You could have bunk ai. Bloodwork can help you dial in.
lol i think your fine bro, if you start felling a hard lump behind your nips or puffyness then you are developing gyno. Are they itchy or sensitive to pressure?

If you are really worried, run about 20mg of nolva ed alongside your ai.

Bro thats not gyno. i would continue to run an AI throughout the cycle to be safe, but as for gyno developing that is not it. i have ran into gyno a couple times and every time it starts with my nipples rubbing against my shirt and i can feel them being sensitive and usually start itching. than next thing you will have a very very sensitive little pea forming and believe me that bitch can get really sensitive. you are fine. are you bulking? it could be that you are holding more water under your skin/nipple area. that always happens to me
Ya gyno is a bitch lol lately though i am actually running more test than usual and not facing any gyno. Praise god

My nipples always stay hard on cycle for whatever reason with no gyno issues. Was weird at first, but then got used to it. It emphasized the pec area and I actually liked it after a while. It's also a turn on for the ladies as well. If it's cold in the gym we can all have THO together!
