    AI- Arimadex--acne-

I've been on cycle for 2 weeks now. I've taken aramidex everyday @ .5mg's. I had some small baby acne on my chest last night and popped about 4 or 5 zits, that were white heads. then I popped a white head on my forearm today.

My past two cycles, if I noticed acne or sides I would take nolvadex/tamoxifen. and put acne medication on them.

My question is if the acne start to persist, do I up my dose of Anastrozole to 1mg. ed. Or I have more liquid Letro, aromasin, tamoxifen, from EP to possibly add in if sides get worse?

I haven't even started my tren yet. need to figure out this problem in case I start breaking out bad?

    Thanks Yall

Please be more specific about what compounds you are using now and in what doses and when.

This is probably not going to help with acne, as it is this side effect is usually linked to androgenic stimulation of the sebaceous glands. You may need to pull back the dose slightly; or look at other OTC options.

All steroids may potentially cause acne, but more androgenic substances are more prone to this.

Other OTC options would be? Ok, well in about a month I will start test and tren and run them about 300mg. and 300mg. a week.

So If I continue with the arimidex at .5mg's a day and start noticing some sides, should I up my dose? Take some Nolvadex and Arimidex? Or what is my best bet for sides, if I plan on using .5mg. till end of cycle, and have these other AI's on hand?

Yes, shorter cycles tend to allow for faster recovery, in many aspects; especially natural testosterone production and lipid profiles.

Nolvadex allows estrogen to build in the body, but blocks it at the receptor. It seems less "harsh" on the cardiovascular system compared to aromatase inhibitors. Generally though, my advice is to consider estrogen maintenance drugs only when you need them. If you have the benefit of lab work, a small dose of arimidex every few days can be fine for managing estrogen excess. Others just choose to go with Nolvadex, as lipids tend to be better on it. Many guys like to just keep Nolvadex or Arimidex on hand, and will initiate it only if side effects look like they will be a problem.

Some people take arimidex every second or third day even because it works so well. You rarely find that to be the case with Nolvadex. I can't tell you how much you will need to take, nor could ethically advise you to take it. The common dose for this purpose is 10-20 mg taken every day, though some people take 30 mg or even 40 mg. I also can't speculate if it will work as well as arimidex for you, of course.
