I only do delts. I did glute a few times but it hurts my back to have my upper body turned like that to do the injection. I just rotate delts.

I've done 3 injections so far. Did the right quad, easy as hell. Did the left delt and it hurt going in and bled like a cocksucker when I pulled out lol also pretty sore but I did put in over a cc of test e. Delts aren't out of the question yet, I think my body is just getting used to absorbing the oil. Today I shot my left quad and it hurt right at first but smooth after that and hardly any blood at all.

So far the quads are definitely my favorite, big ass muscle that is tone all the time and accepts a needle very well. Not to mention you don't have to contort in any way to hit them. I don't plan on trying the glutes at all really but I'm not real low bf either and I don't want to try and steady the needle while twisting around lol

May try bis next. I'm worried about shooting a lot on the left side of my body though. I'm right handed and of course left delt, bi, tri are all easier for me. I know it doesn't matter but still kind of paranoid about it lol no big deal right?

You should be able to hit both the left and right side of your body even if you are right handed. It has never been a problem for me. Give it a shot I'm sure you will do just fine.

As you can see. Real men hit delts. They are my favorite by far, unless someone asks me to help lift something up post injection.
