I just have trouble aspirating with delts, quads are just so easy for me and I can drop 3mls of oil no problem in to them.

why dont people do delt injections why do they prefer glutes and quads does it really make a diffrence ?

I don't aspirate when hitting delts...

i was asking because i have a 25 5/8 needle it would seem to be smarter to inject it into the delt cause i dont think it would reach the quad
I like delts. I guess a lot people dont because you can only use one hand so its harder to aspirate/keep it steady.

i was asking because i do have a 21 1.5 needle but i cant inject straight i have to inject at a 45 degree angle i feel as tho im not getting deep enough does injecting at a 45 degree angle matter? its to thick to inject straight for me
i like delts to, any muscle it can go in works for me.

I like the quads and glutes because I can dump 3-3.5cc no problem I would not try that with the delts, although I do like pining the delts when I only have to get a cc or so in there.

i use a 5/8" for delts and I always inject at 45 just so i can bottom out on the needle. I go straight into the center belly of the side delt. I dont know how people pin, I read that you stab yourself with it, I just slowly insert, it pinches the skin barely feel anything, then once skin is broken, you dont even feel it going in.

why do glutes and thighs get talked about the most for injection sites what benifits do they have over the delts ?
Hes right, easy to inject, hold more volume, its kinda hard to inject in glutes for me, not as flexable as i used to be. your quad is the easiest spot to hit.

I like hittin the delts myself...
On my list...tri's with a slin pin![]()

So given a lot of us on this thread don't aspirate, worst case scenario, what could happen?
Nothing. Freak you out because you just mainlined AAS is about it.
It takes a tremendous amount of air injected into a vein or artery to cause a problem.
But if you have shitty sterile techniques you could cause a systemic infection rather than a localized one...that would suck but highly unlikely.
Keep doing what you're if it working!
Biceps, quads, and delts...quads and ur ass bigger muscle for more juice..just saying. Good Luck besafe..

Delts are mandatory if ur pinning ed.

I only shoot in quads or delts. Biceps and Triceps injection give me too much pip which isnt good when you train mma. Also I've had a bad luck with glute injections, had an abscess 2ce.

i love delts. 23 g 1 inch no problems. never aspirated and never had problems
I have never aspirated and never had a problem

I pull in 3 cc oil make sure air is out of the chamber then shoot in either anterior. Medial head. Very easy

Well with regard to injection sites there is also the difference in release times into your system. So if you are using a short half life AAS and you want to get a longer half life out of it and a more slow steady release then you would want to hit your delts. The fastest release site is your glutes it gets into you system the fastest and would give you a slightly shorter half life. Then you have the quads and they or more in between the 2. This would be the only other thing to consider in addition to the amount of volume you are working with then you stick with the larger muscle groups.
