I know if you take ketofin with Clen you can run for 20 weeks plus. Is it true that Benadryl has the same effects on the beta receptors as ketofin??

You must be 400lb of fat if you need to run it for that long. 2 or 3 times 2 weeks ON/2 weeks OFF will shred you if you have great diet...

I prefer T3 + ECA personally. MP does a badass CEC stack. If you run the clen, definitely go the keto route cause the stuff is dirt cheap. Can anyone comment on how much Benadrly to use with the clen and if you can take them both together ? I've been using Clen for close to a month at 4-5 20 mcg tabs a day , and for 3 weeks using Var with it .


i ahve been looking into this too. I have read that a nice shred stack consists of:
1. clen 2 days on/2 days off
alternating wtih
2. ECA stack, 2 days on, 2 days off
3. T3
I read wehre if you take T3, it will shut down thyroid production while on it but once you are off for between 3-10 days it is restored and in fact, around 20-50% higher natural production than you had before starting it.

I've done T3+Clen cycle and no problem here. Plus benadrly helps with sleeping when you are on clen.

stacking Clen and ECA is kind of pointless. Both downregulate beta 2 receptors meaning the more ECA you take, the less potent your clen becomes. Your beta 2 receptors will downregulate on clen to a point where clen stops being useful in a few weeks so that's why people use the 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off method. The stuff has an active life greater than 24 hours so I never really understood why people did 2 days on, 2 days off. You're essentially only leaving in 1 day for your receptors to upregulate.
1) 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, 2 weeks on is probably your best bet
2) ECA + Clen is a bad idea
3) T3+Clen is still a catabolic nightmare unless you run AAS simultaneously
4) there has never been a study that shows benadryl actually improves the effectiveness of clen
