    first timer

I just started my first test-c cycle on wed. I have been hitting the gym daily since (twice on thursday) I plan on working out 6 days a week and taking sundays off. I plan to end my cycle in 12 weeks. Is this a sound plan or am I going to wind up having overuse injuries?

Plenty people hit the gym 6 days a week, i opt for 5 days (2 on, 1 off, 3 on, 1 off) how often were you going prior?

    Since its the anabolic zone
Why don't post up your stats and cycle too

It was random at best. About 3 times a week off and on. I work a lot of hours so It is hard to stay on a good work out plan.

    1) 32
    2) 250lbs 22% body fat
    3) 3 years lifting off and on
    4) currently on a 12 week cycle of test-c (550mg per week)
    5) working out 6 days a week with one recovery day
    6) tryining to Build mass and strength

IMHO 6 days a week is too much. You grow when resting, not while lifting.

That makes sense. I just dont want to not work hard enough and find that in the end I'm wasting my money. What type of schedule would you reccomend?

    ^^^^Nothing could be more TRUE.
Your body rebuilds itself most productively while your sleeping.
Darkside you have already started right? 1 maybe 2 pins in now?
Are you running an AI ?
Your bf% is no where near ideal for AAS. With a high fat% your asking for sides bro, some more tolerable then others. Blood pressure increase is one, you won't physically see it but the effects are there. The one most are prolly concerned with is estrogen related. estrogen resides in fat and as you increase your Test level the body will try and find homeostasis or "balance" therefore increasing estrogen production which can lead to gynecomastia. This is just a quick run down.

your W/O routines can vary SO much, ask 10 people you'll get 9 answers.
Give yourself a break during the middle of the week, Especially if you working long hours!
4-5 days a week 2 on. 1 off. 3 on. 1 off. Quality workouts, rest, and diet will get you to your goals. It's a marathon not a sprint.

Yeah 2 pins so far. Not running an AI yet. I thought blood pressure might be a problem so I'm taking 30mg a day of lisinopril.

I'm not familiar with lisinopril but glad you kept the BP in mind
By no means trying to knock ya down just adding so info for ya bro.
Lots of water gallon plus a day bro, low sodium diet, an AI. These things help prevet water retention which increases BP as well.

No I appreciate the input. I'm still a novice so I'm grateful for any advice or knowledge that anyone is willing to share to get me up to speed.

I'd definately get on some arimidex bro .5 mgs eod
    For a pct
I'd go clomid 100/100/75/50 Ed for 4 weeks
    Aromasin 25/25/12.5/12.5 Ed
Pct will begin 2 weeks after your last pin.
I'd also look into HCG @ 500 ius twice a week, it can increase sides though.
I'd definately have Nolva on hand for gyno issues that may arise.

I hit the gym 4 days a week. Sometimes 7 days a week. Sometimes none.

Essentially lift your heart out, and listen to your body. Sounds silly but it will seriously tell you that you can work that 6th day or that you need the weekend off.

And hell if you aren't recovering go ahead and take 4 days off. I do this sometimes, hell you can only push it to the limits so much.

That's what I did when I first started seriously lifting and I had outstanding results. I think I'm going to try a little more structure to my program this time though. I'll see how it pans out.
