Clomid
Should clomid be taken in multiple doses spaced throughout the day, or all at once?

All at once
Clomid has a long half life so all at once is fine.
Check it out online but I believe clomid has a five day half life.
I wouldnt suspect you would be going over 100 mgs per day anyway unless perhaps it was your first day on PCT where some guys like to hit it @ 200 mgs the first day.
But in any case the clomid I have is 50 & 100mg so to start out most PCT's you'd only be taking 2 50's or 1 100mgs tab anyway.
