Shitty deals man, are you running caber? I`m on 700mg/week Tren E but I`m only on day 13 right now. I get the sweats but usually nothing else from Tren.

So the last tren post was hijacked by a tren hater so lets give this one a try and hope he doesnt show up....
Basically im on week 4 and I cant sleep for over 2 hours, and im starting to go crazy cuz of it. How do u sleep on tren and when u do how do u avoid the horrible night sweats..
how many of u have this problem

I wouldnt reccomend xanax. Caber is good to have but ive never actually used it. Im running high dose tren e and am using 5-htp half hr before bed and i get a solid 6 hrs sleep which is like 20 when you are on tren.

i don't think u can avoid the night sweats-w/me it stops usually 1/2 way thru , melatonin 4 sleep i HEARD good things but when I tried -nothing-xanax is good , but warnings are legit-left over feeling in am but take the .5's and break em in half to start but its HIGHLY ADIDCTIVE so if ur prone , or have an addictive personality stay away from the xanax

Like Dlat said, 5 htp, as well as melatonin and valerian is helpful to some people. I have to have my overhead fan on medium speed too.
i want to do a cycle of tren, but not sleeping scares the shit out of me.. i need sleep.
best shit money can buy! ^^
Lower your tren dose just a little. Try a little caber, maybe some melatonin.
No TV, computer or electronics an hour before bed. No carbs for your last meal. Dim the lights a little and read a book or magazine for 15-20 minutes while in bed. Also make sure your room is dark and on the cold side.
You'll be solid asleep for a good 8 hours.

^^ this. I wish i had time to do half that shit.
I'm an insomniac, 4 hrs of sleep tops a day and would always feel tired. When I was on tren e I loved it cause I still slept the same 4 hrs tops, but I never felt tired all day. But I think I'm the oddball in this case.

Dimming the lights before bed helps BIG time, it sets a trigger off in your brain that it is soon time to fall asleep. Soft and mellow music also helps. I strongly suggest avoiding benzos, I've been on xanax and clonazapam for almost 15 years, you don't want to be in my shoes. Keep clear of it.
Now, if you don't have an addictive personality and feel confident that you can use it ONLY when using tren....then I say go ahead. Start with .25mg (that's 1/4 of a bar). Another thing that helps is chamomile tea. And if you have to resort to a benzo, use clonazapam, not alprazolam (xanax)....clonopin lasts longer and will give you a longer and deeper sleep.
I use Rozerem when on tren, works wonders....it's like melatonin, just about 20X stronger though. It's not addictive or dangerous, I would try that before resorting to benzos. You will need a script and a 1 month supply should run you about $70 as most insurance companies don't pay for it. Docs don't have problems writing scripts for it as it's really not dangerous....it should be OTC. Good luck.

if your BP is high it can effect your sleeping.

I personally have horrible insomnia and night sweats on tren. I have found that limiting carbs pre-bed helps, and I am also prescribed trazodone. I already have anxiety and sleep issues, so the trazodone makes it to where I can just shut off my brain and sleep. I can (if I have time) sleep a solid 8 hours on tren with 75mg of trazodone. It's supposedly non-addictive (according to Mike Arnold and my doctor) and I have no groggy or strange feeling in the morning.
