    HCG reconstitution

On my last vial of HCG instead of mixing it with 1ml, drawing it out then adding another 4ml to a mixing vial, I just left it in the original HCG vial where I added the 1ml and drew 20 units from there when I needed it for 1000iu. I thought this was way easier.

Any reason not do it this way all the time?

Not really. You are keeping it cold right? You can mix it with however much water you want to. As long as you know the required dose, it's all good. I think the reason most people do it that way is because a LOT of HCG comes in amps. I think the vial thing is something new that is popping up. I've only seen HCG in a vial from one source.

As long as its in a sealed vial its fine. No reason to transfer it.
