(All lifts are done raw with no bracers/suits/chalk/gloves/straps) with proper form
Bench 1 RM: 285lbs (all the way down to chest of course)
Squat 1 RM: 440lbs (barely under 90)
Deadlift 1 RM: 405lbs (staggered grip lock out at top slowly all the way down without bouncing the bar and i bend my legs no falling over and dropping the weight)
Goals: Strength!(and mass of course). I wish to increase my verticle and reach a bench 1 RM of 325, Squat 1RM of 510 and Deadlift 1 RM of 500 Lbs all raw.
I am 23 years old and have been lifting since I was 15. Although my novice years weren't all effective. Due to overtraining with improper routines and not knowing the importance of diet. After research and a good work ethic I saw gains though. I dealt with injuries in the past such as a fractured left collarbone/shatterd left wrist and an injured left ankle.
11 months ago I completed my PCT for a 3 week mdrol(superdrol) cycle. I preloaded my cycle support for two weeks then did a 20/20/30 cycle of mdrol. I did a 4 week PCT of nolva at 40/30/20/10 while continuing my cycle support.
I am now looking at doing a test cycle like this
Weeks 1-12: 200mg of test prop every other day
Weeks 2-12: 250ui of hcg split into two injections on sun/wed
Weeks 14-18: nolva at 40/40/20/20
Will also be taking a multi vitamin each day along with one fish oil twice a day.
My routine will be
heavy: chest/front delts/tri
light: lowerbody
heavy: lats/traps/rear delts/bi
off
light: chest/front delts/tri
heavy: lower body
light; lats/traps/rear delts/bi
off
repeat
One meal a day I take in 500 cals and 20g of protein, another I take in 500 cals and 46g of protein(syntha-6 shake right after workout). The other 4 meals a day i take in 510 cals and 33g of protein. Each meal is spaced out 2-3 hours. I will be upping to 4k cals a day not just 3k.
Questions:
1. Are the light days really necessary when on test. Would training heavy full time with a 1 week break of doing lighter weight be okay. After all Im mainly focused on strength, I know eating is where size comes into play but still.
2. Thoughts on using .25mg of adex eod through the whole cycle.
For a Cycle that long I would use test cyp or enth, to cut down on the pinning also there is sometimes pip with prop that for a first cycle you don't want to have to deal with.
I was only considering prop b/c I don't have a problem with needles and I wouldn't have to jump start the cycle with orals. What would a proposed cycle look like with an oral jump start. week 1-4 dbol at 40mg every day. Would I have to preload cycle assist etc when doing so like I did on mdrol
1-4 dbol 40mg ed
1-8 test e 500mg
9-12 test e 750mg
either aromasin or arimidex for on cycle ai.
Pct two weeks after last inj:
Clomid 100/100/75/50
Aromasin 25/25/12.5/12.5

Good intro bro
Like to see more like this for first timer.
First piece of advice... Get labs done prior to starting AAS. You'll know your base levels for the future.
Most and myself included would suggest a long ester like Ethanate or Cypionate, youll have less frequent pinning, every spot you hit is virgin muscle and with propionate the pip could very well bother you and possibly your workouts some. Just some food for thought.
Few changes I'd make to your proposed cycle.... Drop the dose down to 150mg eod, no reason to push for 700mgs plus first time.
Add an AI such as arimidex .25-.5 mgs Eod
Pct would begin 4 days after last pin,
Clomid 100/100/75/50 mgs Ed
Aromasin 25/25/12.5/12.5 mgs Ed
1-4 dbol 40mg ed
1-8 test e 500mg
9-12 test e 750mg
either aromasin or arimidex for on cycle ai.
Pct two weeks after last inj:
Clomid 100/100/75/50
Aromasin 25/25/12.5/12.5
Perfect cycle for you op, do this and I think you'll be very happy. I like arimidex on cycle but that's for you to decide, aromasin for pct is crucial though. Look into using HCG on cycle as well if you haven't heard of it, definitely a personal choice but something to be aware of.
I don't really know a whole lot about powerlifting style training so taking light days isn't really something I've ever done, but maybe a good idea when training purely for strength. You would probably know more about that than I do honestly. Don't get too carried away with the 1rm's though bro because you will probably find yourself wanting to push for weights you know you shouldn't be playing with.

He's using HCG 500 a week.
Like digitalash said don't worry too much about your maxes rep. I don't it once in a while but only for strength trials for rugby. I know 4 or 5 guys who while on gear blew out theree chests because they felt like heros on cycle and tried for stupid high maxes we all knew they couldn't hit yet.
Work hard and you will see incredible results and feel like a champ.
