Say I pin tomorrow (Monday) 6am, when should I expect it to kick in. I know strength wise it will take probably a week or two but recovery wise?
Just like with all area of training everyone's different. Between the 7-14 days strength, libido, body weight will all increase. Around wks2-3 is when I've noticed waking up and not feeling nearly as sore as I normally would. Give ur body a break during your weekly workout routines. Say 2-3 days on and 1 day of rest. But again were all different so listen to your body.
