    Receptors burn out when?

    Hey bros!
How long do you wait between cycles to start a new one? If you Run a 20 week cycle of test cyp 600mgs per week for example. Will your receptors be burnt out for weeks or months after you pct? Some people think receptors burn out and take a long time to regenerate before you can get good gains on a new cycle.

Receptors don't burn out that is a myth. There is a lot of stuff saying this. Maybe Heavyiron can chime in. But your gains will inevitably slow not because of receptors but because your body can only grow so quick do to numerous factors. That's why a lot of people blast/cruise

General rule of thumb is time on= time off. The best way to know for sure would be to get bloodwork done.

This. That much growth is itself stressful on the body, and I would give time for your HPTA to normalize again.

When bloodwork tells you, you have recovered. Time on = time off = BS.

The problem with stalled gains is your diet, nothing else.

I wouldn't be worried so much about when you can hop back on cycle and make good gains, the real reason to take time off is mostly to make sure you've fully recovered before shutting yourself down again. Myostatin will slow gains after a while on but receptors don't burn out, if you jump back on just a month after pct though chances are you will never fully recover and you're taking a big risk of permanent shutdown.

If I'm correct, cortisol levels also cause gains to stall. Which can be countered by time off or increasing the dose.

Bloodwork will tell you when your ready.
If your gains begin to stall out then your calorie intake needs to be increased. For example if you've been at the same let's say 4000 calories for 5-6 or more weeks with no increase, but your body weight has been increasing your macro count was sufficient. the gains begin to slow is simply that your new body weight is going to require different macro count then when you first started.
