    Might be wrong section??

First cycle and wondering if the type of routine matters? It's odd, but i cant find much info on this...

so curious what type of routines you guys are running while on gear...4 day upper lower, 3 day split, etc...even set and rep range/....

I posted recently that i flat out stopped gaining weight half way through a 12 week cycle...so i upped cals, but i'm wondering if my training is the issue.

currently doing a 4 day upper lower split and although i dont there there is any chance i am overtraing, i cant come up with any other answers...

4 days a week training with no more than 2 days in a row.

    YOU NEED REST TO GROW.

If you stopped gaining it's your diet, nothing else.

You could also increase the AAS if you wanted.

You're overthinking the rest of it.

Train hard, eat and rest. Your body will do the rest.

    i was thinking of going to a 3 day split...back/bi - chest/tri - legs/shoulders
mon-wed-fri...my only concern is that this would not be taking full advantage of gear...since the recovery so much faster...I probably am overthinking it...thanks man

That's what I do when just maintaning. 4 days a week is optimal, any more and you'll fry your CNS.

Recovery is based mostly on rest.

I don't know about everyone else but I tend to listen to my body. If I feel I need to take the day off I do. If I'm energetic and feel good to workout I do. I usually don't train more than 4 days in a row though. But I really believe your body lets you know.
