I was just curious if carbs affected it. Its like, when I don't eat carbs, the gyno kind of goes into remission.
It has to do with the water retention, and estrogen levels that carbs will enhance. I can't give you the scientific breakdown, just the generic version.
Carbs are fun though, I notice when I take them Pre w/o and pwo I am much less sore and recover much better the following day. I also think it has to do with straight aminos as opposed to protein powder, but that's a different subject for a different time.
