Here is some advice if you're going to take 2 pills per day. I'm taking sdmz as a kicker, been eating like hell, and am up about 30 pounds in less than 4 weeks. This is my last week on and I'm glad of that. I'm pumped all the time which is awesome but everything else is pumped too. I can't remember the last time my back didn't hurt like a mother fucker from the pumps. I can't walk across campus without getting pumps in my calves and tibia area, like painful ass pumps. May sound like a bitch but these are the worst I've ever had and I can't seem to drink enough water to make them go away. Other than that sdmz is the best oral I've ever ran! Just try to drink tons of water and take some taurine but mostly tons of water! Everyone is different though hopefully you dont get em...got a wicked forearm pump typing this lol

I weighed around 206 when I started and weighed around 237 the other day and I've been lifting heavy as hell and eating all I can. Get at or over 4000 cal right now, over 100g fat, 400carbs, 350protein. I try to eat really clean. I am a pretty easy gainer though too, always have been. Its cutting that is tough for me. Anyways goodluck man and don't be afraid to gain a little fat

Taurine, potassium and water will stop it. 10-20g a day taurine and 99mg potassium 2-3 times a day.
