    1-12 600mgs week Test
    1-4 50mgs Dbol ED
    8-12 50mgs Winny ED
    1-12 200mgs DNP Monday - Friday
    1-12 EC Stack

    Aromasin
    HCG

    PCT = Clomid

    Diet will be low to no carb, 6 meals a day 50 grams protien per meal and massive veggies

    I would cut the dbol and EC stack and throw some tren ace in there.


    do not use dnp if you dont know EXACTLY what you're doing

    i feel like the dnp + (ECA?) stack would be overkill

    you are also going to need carbs..

    when I did carbs, I blew up with 102.5 fever and felt like death for 3 days. I was also just doing 400mgs DNP...

    This time, I want to do 200 mgs for 5 days on 2 days off for awhile to keep the fat shredding...

    EC is MANDATORY with DNP,... if no EC, you basically can't move from lethargy.

    I stay away from Tren from now on... especially because I'll be trying for a kid in 2 months after my wedding. I'm just going to slip in a quick cycle before the wedding to look extra lean and slim for those wedding pictures that are going to be on the wall for the rest of my life

    Why not just tighten up the diet and do a little more cardio? Test and AI, training and diet is all you need. DNP turns everything yellow including your freaking loads. That right there would keep me away from it for life.

    You better be taking some tyrosine (sp?) with the ECA. You will fry your adrenals like that without it.

    I would use drol instead of the Dbol.

    Cardio and your diet will control everything. No refeeds?

    The DNP isn't going to allow for a recomp. You can't eat enough in order to do so.

    Try it and see what works.

    I plan on re-feeding on Sunday, I want to stop the DNP on Fridays so it's not in full force when I do eat carbs on the sunday.

    I was planning this out with the D-bol for the energy, I don't need anything contributing to the lethargy of the DNP.....If I drop the EC and rely on the Dbol, would you still suggest the tyrosine?

    So your saying, with the DNP, I'll still be under cals... good point.
    Should I still expect strenth and muscle gains if the DNP pushes me under calories that much?

    Strength gains will be hard well on DNP. Although DNP it is muscle sparing, the lethargic feeling is what will probably stop you. It is a very hard uphill battle with DNP, battle might be an understatement.

    12 weeks of DNP even only at 200mg a day is an immense challenge not for the faint of heart.

    You could just run DNP by itself and no gear for 2-4 weeks at a higher dosage and literally drop 20-30 lbs of fat, then ride the gear train by itself after words.

    Two weeks ago I ended a two week 400mgs ED DNP Run, I lost 13 lbs but fell into a 102.5 fever and broke out in hives from head to toe.

    I am extremely sensitive to the stuff, that is why I plan on the 200mgs monday - friday, then let it lower in my system for a refeed on sunday.

    I basically am overstocked with gear that I can afford to "waste" some gear on this cycle if it won't do much for me if you well.....

    That fever sounds like you just got sick. A small percentage of people are actually allergic to DNP. But can also build a tolerance and no longer be allergic after a few runs.

    I would do a trial run with DNP again to see if you are allergic to it.

    "Allergies/ dermatitis- this is relatively rare. I’ve been in contact with nearly 500 people who have used DNP and I would estimate about 30-40 of them have experienced allergic reactions to DNP. The allergies manifest themselves first as phantom itches (itching without any rashes or redness) around the torso in some people. It will later develop into rashes and or hives around the body and possibly spread to the face, neck, lips, and scalp area in severe cases. Any over the counter or prescription allergy medication (anti histamine) will cure the allergies. Also if you’re allergic to DNP it doesn’t mean you can’t use it in the future. Allergies to DNP seem to have a tolerance factor. It first gets worse, then better with successive cycles. So if you are allergic, stop immediately and start again 7-10 days later and repeat until you are no longer allergic to DNP anymore. Allergies are also dose and length dependent."

    Even more reason to run it something like 5 days on 2 days off 200mgs

    I can't miss work like that again.... 102.5* and my boss was telling me I better get to work the next day or else....

    make sure you drink water and powerade or an electrolyte drink
    also eat pineapple and blueberries

    It's good to see someone with experience and a head on their shoulders doing log involving DNP.

    A low dose DNP log would be great to nudge the inexperienced that want to experiment in the correct direction and help prevent them from overdosing.
