2nd cycle planning
first, will be bringing bf down with a diet of alot of smoked salmon, vegetables, and fruits for post workout sugars. Some intermittent fasting, some light fasted cardio (swimming) and will have a cheat day on Sundays. Won't start cycle or even get bloodwork until bf is under 15%.
Second, will get bloodwork to determine values are normal range before starting.
Lastly, if all goes as planned, hope to start the following cycle in May:
weeks 1-10: Pars t-300 special edition (test-e 300mg) 600mg/wk
(decided to give them a try since GMO is repping them now)
weeks 1-4 (kicker): 20mg super dmz (may sub with 60mg daily of dbol)
weeks 9-12(finisher): 20mg super dmz
weeks 13-16-torem or clomid (dosage dependent on protocol)
weeks 1-12: hcg 500mg weekly
weeks 1-16-25mg daily of exemestane
will skip liver support if liver values are normal on pre-cycle blood panel.
2-3 g a day of fish oil.
thoughts on anything I've written here are appreciated.
also, for the mods...why is there a gear depot link in my message (as if I'm repping them or something)? I didn't put it there...nothing against them but I was wondering.
edit: okay I guess it just changes to different things...don't think it should be in a post though unless someone is repping a company IMO
bump for thoughts and feedback...
Looks good. Why not try d-bol?
What are your goals for this cycle?
good question...basically the same as last cycle: add to my strength foundation and build some more lean mass. I just want to do a similar cycle but run it cleaner to compare.

Eating alot of smoked salmon every day right now with grapes (or other fruits) for sugar and carrots (or other veggies) for carbs. Avoiding rice, bread, cookies, cake, chocolate, pizza and soda right now and swimming more laps fasted in the morning and it seems to be making a noticeable difference.
