i have some var on hand was going to do a 12 week cycle of it i know that long for orals but heard var is really mild but ive never done it, doing 20mg going up by 10mg every 4 weeks wanted to run npp and prop but feel eod is too much pinning. have done test e and deca before also eq looking for a cycle to get some nice lean gains on was really intrigue by npp some help on a game plan please any would be appreciated
Yeah that dose is too low. 10 would be a waste unless you are female. Bare minimum for me is 50. My sweet spot is 50 in the morning and 50 in the evening, but everyone is different. You would even find good results running it 4 weeks. Last time I ran var was for 4 weeks and I loved every day of it.

I tried to put stats in but it was like 20 mins after my post. Im 190, 11%, 27yrs, lifting for about 10 yrs. Goal is to drop a lil bf% and but keep me a lean hard 190 build, whats a good program for that
