glute twitching

i was injecting some test c and all of a sudden my glute starts twitching like crazy.did i just hit a nerve or what?

I've had this happen in my delts and glutes, most likely a nerve I back pin out and move it over a little

It's normal.

It doesnt at all mean that you hit a nerve. It means that your muscle is spasming. It MIGHT have something to do with the fact that it's being stabbed by a piece of metal.

Normal- had this happen numerous times.

Happen to me this morning with my thigh. I've had it happen in almost all the muscle groups I Pin. Not so much th eglutes though.
