This stuff is great !

Hey guys, just wanted to hear some opinions on strategies/supplements you guys have used when off cycle in the past. I have a cruise phase for about two months comming up (possibly) and I def want to keep my strength up. I know diet will be the overall factor in that, just wanted to hear about other things I can do. Thanks for any opinions!

Do you think it will still be worth it for someone on HRT such as myself? I wont get any of the test raising benefits of it since I already use exogeneous testosterone (150mg test cyp/week)
200mg test EW is enough.

gata do 150 test a week. going to my HRT dose for 8 weeks due to possible bloddowrk. i dunno if my doc will make me come in for it to renew my script or if he will just fax a new one over to pharmacy. On 500mg a week of test cyp now and love it. Cycle ends in August, was hoping to run another one (Test,deca,Dbol) in mod to late November
You should be good on your cruise dose for 8 weeks brother. Maybe add in a good preworkout to keep intensity up.

Do 200 mgs a week to keep size.
You're lucky to be on a cruise dose, man. That's more than enough to keep size and strength in line, while not gaining an ounce of fat if you just stay smart about your diet.
