I think that it would be fair to say that WP has had some issues at times. It seems like they screw up often but they do their best to make good on those screw ups and they seem to be leading the way when it come to giving out free samples. If my order gets screwed up but I get taken care of in the end and maybe even over compensated then I have no beef!
