    First Cycle

    i've got 7500mg of Test E on its way super excited. I have some concerns though, and while I have done large amounts of research I figured I would run this by some actual people..

    stats:
    1) 24 years old
    2) 6'3" 190lbs. Not sure of bf%, maybe like 10%
    3) 1 year of steady, dedicated training
    4) no previous cycle experience
    5) train 5 days a week (off weekends) 1 muscle group per day, 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 min per workout typically. (going to be eating a 3000 calorie diet 1 week before beginning test e shots and then throughout the 12 week cycle)
    6) my cycle goals are really to just gain some muscle, break through 200lbs again and to have my clothes fit better... fill them out more i guess you know

    okay like i said i have 7500mg of Test E on its way. my plan thus far is to hit week 1-4 with 500mg. week 5-8 1000mg (500mg monday, 500mg thursday) week 9 and week 10 500mg, week 11 and week 12 at 250mg.
    I haven't ordered anything for PCT yet, or anything to prevent GYNO which is maybe my only real concern with this new adventure... i wonder how common is developing gyno from a test cycle like i described above?

    any tips/advice/feedback is greatly appreciated.

    About gyno don't wonder don't guess, it's better to be prepared than sorry, as everyone is different and react differently. AI during the cycle exemestane 12.5 mg a day or anastrozol 0.5 mg-1mg every second day to keep estrogen in normal range. If I understand correctly, you want clean bulking cycle? If I'm right, 3000 calories for a person weighting 190 lbs looks really low.
    BTW why the hell doing pyramid and complicate simple cycle?

    Get an AI like adex or aromasin. At least have one on hand. I don't need them ever but have them on hand.

    No point in lowering the test at the end unless you're gunna cruise. I'd do weeks 1-6 at 500 them maybe bump up. If its your first cycle u prob don't need to go higher tho

    Yea just run 500mg a week if you want to do 750 for the first 3 to 4 weeks to get your blood levels up faster go for it... I made awesome gains off 500 mg at 12 weeks... personally I'd tell you to wait but you already ordered the gear

    You need to eat alot lot more. The T wont put on the weight without more food bro.

    yeah, my problem is working as much as i do. i will have to make some serious sacrafices once my gear gets here in order to ensure i am eating enough, getting proper rest, and working out enough... people seem to think anabolics are 'magic' but i am well aware it still takes hard work and dedication. you think 3000 isnt enough? i was going to shoot for atleast 2g protein per lbs body weight...

    dirty bulks are bad for me, i have done it once before and i wasnt happy with the results.. so yes, clean bulk i think this time. i guess i will go ahead and order an AI as well, your right better to have it and not need it then to need it and not have it. i will wait till my gear arrives before i order though, rather than possibly lose more money to a scam.

    i designed this cycle with the pyramid for a couple of reasons, i didnt want to shock my body into 1000mg of test in just a couple of weeks i thought it would be better to build up to it. and then i didnt plan on using a PCT, so my thinking was if i tapered off at the end it would help my body rebuild test naturally a little faster....

    man i got about 3 weeks left in this cycle, and i been killin it. haha

    hovering at right around 200lbs, mostly for lack of food i think lol

    my body has begin to recomp itself though, which is what i think i needed in the first place. never had a good base to start out with.

    strength is through the roof. 3 months ago i was benching maybe 200lbs once. now i'm benching 245 3x with no spotter.

    At 3300 calories a day. And i struggle to even hit that sometimes. Diet has been my weakest point, and what sucks is that i now realize diet is one of the most important aspects.... But live and learn my friend.

    Protein is around 300g. No sides, my temper is for sure a lil smaller and i have made it a habbit to fuck everything that comes my way lol no gyno, bad acne, etc

    Also i am taking 30mg/dbol for these last 4 weeks

    That dbol is gonna add a lot of water weight.
    I usually do the dbol for the first four weeks if I run it.
    I might run winny the last four.
    Glad to hear you're not having issues with sides.
    There's a thread on how to get cheap bloodwork if you don't have insurance...it's worth looking into.

    Congrats bro, it's obvious that you should of sorted your diet out even before considering the juice...3000 calories isn't enough for 190lbs guy, I'm around 190-195 and bulk on 4500 and maintenance around 3500. Sounds like you've seen good results though, keep eating during PCT and after to keep as much I the gains you can until your next cycle. Like you said you live and learn
