It is a compliment that people are noticing your hard work . I been getting a few hints about gear to me lately in the gym but just laugh and shrug it off. people know , especially the ones who been around a bit . But i honestly never admit to it . Once you do they will talk more and tell their friends and they tell their friends soon your busted . If i say anything its like a OTC pro hormone or test booster and make something up from there

But in all seriousness, tell them you bust your ass training, eat like your life depends on it, and you're completely dedicated. Which should be the truth because without that no amount of steroids will give great results.

Just get so jerked there is no question. You know, purple with high BP, acne covered, crazy eyes, etc.

I can spot a juicer from across the gym. I just say I'm trt. Now get the fuck away from me.

Go to a gym where only hard core guys train and no one will ever ask you again.

Go to ur local supp shop and ask the teenager what to take to get jacked. Take a pic of bottle and tell him a lot of people will be in soon asking for it & Jacked Jake sent me. Tell teenager boy working on commision to keep track how many people come in and you want a kick back towards your protein.

I never confess - I just tell them that it is diet, hard work, and 20 years of nearly 7 day a week training. The diet, hard work, and 20 years is true (except for the last 3)... but telling someone the truth is just too much risk.

I was at the story buying a 12pk of all things year ago (natural) with a couple behind me. The girl said something to the effect of "look at him", and he replied "it?s obvious he is on steroids"...It felt really good. However I can typically spot an AAS user a mile away and I never really bring it up. However if I get myself back to the glory days and do start to cycle seriously I would never admit to it. I would do the smart thing and say like others above that I train hard, eat a very strict diet, and abstain from many unhealthy temptations. "It?s not for everyone". Chances are if you're doing it right that isn't a lie.

a long time ago ( twenty years ago) i used to say when asked " if i could find them i would try them" Everyone just went "oh ok" except one girl who said " oh , well did you find them " i said "yes" end of subject lol
