    vallium anti catabolic?

Not only can it help you sleep when you want to seep say them cheeky afternoon naps but if you can get over the groggy feeling, i have read that they lower the amount of cortisol in the blood which as you know is the hormone as you know that has a catabolic (muscle break down) effect, so they may theoretically produce an anti catabolic effect, equating to new muscle growth/muscle retention as the action of cortisol is diminished....

i would defintaly not take any on a training day but maybe on a rest day?..

i am in no wat promoting drug use, but the world aint all sunshine and rainbows and alot of people take these meds for various reasons just wondering if anyone agrees with the anti catabolic properties?

Very easy to become addicted to benzos and if u stop abruptly there's a good chance you'll have seizures

valium is not a bodybuilding drug. Mild usage of benzos if a must on tren is ok but u dont want to experience benzo withdrawal. End thread

very good advice, i was a valium addict when i got hurt, it was for muscle spasms but i quit one time because i ran out and didnt have time to go back to doctor for another prescription... i was lethargic, felt like my head was going to explode, and had ridiculous insominia(not sleeping for days)

You are right, it does slightly lower cortisol release, as do many benzos(if you want the greatest effect, temazepam is much more effective at lowering cortisol... it has an extremely long half life, so you can use it to sleep(which is what it is prescribed for.. it's not that great for anxiety, it is considered a hypnotic sedative benzo rather than an axyiolitic)... It is not habit forming like most benzos(you don't become physically dependent on it, like most benzos will do), although if you have an addictive personality, it is best to not use benzos AT ALL, even temazepam!
Temazepam is great for helping with sleep issues, it even helps with the issues from tren. It actually puts you to sleep VERY quickly(you can set a clock to it!), 20 min, lay down and you are sleeping like a baby! After 5-6 hours you wake up FULLY refreshed, no 'hangover', you can wake up with no alarm, feeling like you got 10+hours of sleep. It greatly helps with recovery, It induces a DEEP sleep in which you recover MUCH better than if you aren't able to sleep as well. I feel that temazepam actually does lower cortisol enough to have somewhat of a anti-catabolic effect(diazepam(valium) does lower cortisol to some degree, but I don't think it is enough to actually make much of a difference... and, it's half life is FAR shorter than that of temazepam, so you would have to take it a few times a day(which would definitely hinder daily life and training due to being sleepy all the time) to get any great cortisol lowering effect.

That being said, If you don't have issues sleeping there are other supps you could take(phosphatadylserine being one of the most potent, I believe Matt porter and primordial performance have a product that contains this ingredient, for this purpose) that would not have any potential for abuse... However, if you do have sleep issues, or tren causes sleep issues for you, temazepam is something you could ask your DR about... It also lowers cortisol to a GREAT degree!

^^^Heed this warning, benzo withdrawals are NOTHING to scoff at!!! I would definitely not advise valium or xanax or anything like that if you don't absolutely NEED it... Temazepam is different when it comes to this, which is the only reason I wrote about it... but do think things through before you just go starting it.... if you have an addictive personality you CAN become addicted to it, even though it doesn't cause physical dependence like most benzos

It is funny how people react to things. I grow like weeds on Masteron and nandrolone. EQ and anadrol might as well be creatine for me. I drink a little over excess and I'm sick for two days. I can take benzos for weeks, drop it and have no problem.
We are all made of the same stuff but we react so differently. It really wild if you think about it.

It's is and I agree. I'm a paramedic and I've had patients be able to walk and answer all my questions after blowing a .44 on a breathalyzer. A couple weeks on a benzo isn't Long tho. 10mgs Valium or 2mgs Xanax a day for 2-3 months and you'd prob have some withdrawal. It's actually pretty hard to overdose on benzos.
