    EQ addition to bulk

    I'm struggling to hit my cal surplus, it's mainly appetite related.

    Who here regularly adds in EQ to their bulk, (say with deca) and is it effective?

    Even at say 2-3 ml / week it sounds like you'd be pushing a shitload of oil every week

    It's my first time using it but I'm loving it so far. Makes eating clean high calorie meals a lot easier and my vascularity is nuts. I don't like the increase in BP though.

    Ive run eq with deca... it was fine but i Personally I would bump the nandrolone and test a little forgot the EQ and use ghrp6 as needed.

    EQ is relatively mild anabolic and can take 6-10 wks or longer to really start to see the true effects and that is usually at moderate doses of at least 400-600mgs a week. Some effects like increased appetite are noticable sooner.

    I use EQ on most bulking cycles, specifically because it does increase my appetite... if my joints are suffering, I will switch to or add deca...

    I'm with the pep idea if you are already in the cycle.. get some gjg and some ghrp2 and ghrp6(the ghrp6 makes MOST people hungrier, the ghrp2 makes me hungrier... try em both)... they are relatively cheap.. take 150mcg of cjc1295 and 200-300mcg of ghrp(whichever you choose) and you are tearing down the house in 20 minutes!!!!!

    How often would you use ghrp 6? I have never tried any peptides. I have issues with not being hungry enough. Capt, I am also sorry about hijacking your thread.

    I have these 'tides, but dropped them because I never had a clear window around meals to use them.

    Might add in EQ next time, or tren - that definately jacks my appetite. Thanks for the advices Team!

    They have actually found that food timing isn't AS crucial as they once thought.. and if you are just doing it for appetite, they will still do that either way...
    I LOVE EQ, but if you are in the middle of your cycle, you are probably too late.. someone mentioned bold base, GREAT idea... you would have it in right away.. also, there is a sponsor that sells bold cyp(if you frontload this, you have some major appetite coming on by day 10(for me anyway))... this is a route you could take in the middle of a longer cycle and still reap the benefits of it...
    either way, if you are only looking for appetite, I think the quickest route is ghrp6 or ghrp2... If you aren't looking for gh release necessarily, the food timing is not an issue AT ALL(they make you hungry within 10-15 min of taking them)...

    Good luck with whichever you do.. if you want info on the bold cyp, pm me, be glad to steer you in the right direction... I'm taking it now, and I can't stop eating!!!

    In my opinion eq is underated and great for bulking I used to use it as a base for all my cycles now I just blast and cruise with a little eq and test in the cruises since eq takes a while to kick in however the increased appetite is noticeable in a few weeks it also compliments tren very well as far as dealing with the sides also helps greatly with the joint pain from heavy lifting especially if you're an old guy like me. Some may find this disagreable but I use eq, tren and deca together in some of the blast's and have had very few gyno problems. If I notice a little sensetivity i just take a small amout of letro every four or fivr days or so and its smooth siling but dont take it from me I learned it all right here on the board.

    No, he means that if you get PIP from prop, cut it with EQ. Grapeseed oil might be a little more economical.

    Yeah! Your right but if you've got some eq in your cycle anyway you can smash a mil of eq with a mil of prop and it smooths it out nicely.
