    Why would you re open under a new name ?
    I dont like it when rc start reopening under new names. On top of that why would you be on the same board and compete against one another ?
    This smells pretty fishy to me.

    That is strange and suspicious! What's the plan GWP, Exotic? Come in with low prices, don't deliver then leave? But GWP's 'good name' is still in good standing? Is this your way of getting a 'free' loan?
