I like to have a moderate deca(400-500) and a moderate npp(300-400 mg-Eod)
I have gone up to a gram npp. No better then 700mg (100mg Ed)
500 mg has to be about the lowest I would go.

i go with eod myself. tried e3d and ed and got best results with eod.

Any of those would be fine, PP ester can be pinned Mon-Wed-Fri without problem, results would be the same.
