I began working out towards the start of the year. I was 5'8" 160lb. I worked out naturally for approximately six months using ON Whey protein and creatine. I gained about 5 pounds during that time. I then started my first cycle. Knowing very little about juice I worked off the advise of a friends who had prior experience and had great results. He suggested Sustanon 250. I took my first inject on Aug 8. I only took one the first week and one the second week in order to allow it time to get into my system. I then began taking two injects a week after that. My last inject was November 5th. I took a total of 26 shots from Aug 8 to Nov 5. I have had no noticeable side effects and no noticeable signs of testicular stinking.
I now way 183lb.
Half way through the cycle I started eating super good and following bodybuilding meal plans. Eating tilapia, steak, 98% lean beef, turkey, tuna, chicken, oatmeal, rice cakes, pasta, brown rice, isolate whey after working out, casine protein before bed, Universal Animal Packs in the morning, and Universal rage prior to workouts. Protein shakes included I have been eating seven meals a day.
I really want to gain as much size as possible by Christmas. My goal is 220lb to 240lb.
I currently have the following items.
200mg x 10 deca
250mg x 22 sustanon 250
5mg x 22 anabol tablets
20mcg x 200 clenbuteral tablets
1 amp 5000 ui HCG
20mg x 30 nolvadex
My question is how should I stack them, how much, and is there anything else I need. I have really fallen in love with working out and want to gain but don't want to destroy my body in the process. Should I take a break or can I keep going?

No. An ai would be aromasin adex formeron. It helps keep your e2 down so u don't get those shitty estrogen sides ex bitch tits. If uve been on constantly take a break and pct. time on=time off otherwise your going to shut down your natural test for good and end up on trt. Unless that's what u want
And I don't currently have any pics but ill will try to take some and post before and after. I've been working out extremely hard every week, resting correctly, and eating like a pro. I have put on some extra body fat but want to keep bulking for now.
