Hey guys, I am 21 years old, I weigh around 175lbs and have been lifting naturally for about 8 years now. I have been tampering with the idea of running some harder supplements lately and was thinking about running 4-6 weeks of Anavar at 50mg. I chose this compound because my goals are not to put on a ton of mass or to spike my lifts threw the roof, but rather to really lean up while putting on some mild strength and size gains past my typical capacity. Whereas most of my life I have focused on lifting for hypertrophy and endurance gains, the last few months I have been doing Insanity and have really enjoyed it. However, now I am thinking about getting back into lifting until I reach some plateaus, and then running Anovar while lifting HARD in the mornings and doing insanity in the evenings. My thinking was that Anovar would help increase my recovery time and help me to get cut while still making some noticeable strength and size gains. For the record I am not interested in running any test or PH with it. So my question is this: is this a reasonable plan/goal/expectation/interpretation of what Anovar can do for me? I really appreciate any advice you can give me.
NOTE: I have always been a very clean eater, my current bf% is probably around 10 or 12, and I am fully aware of proper support supplementation and PCT as I do my research.

you will be wasting time. if your going to run a cycle do it right and you can do that by waiting a couple of years and do more research on how to run a proper cycle
well 175 pounds or so at an unproven 12@ fat for one....after 8 years consistent training and eating

Creatine is a blessing! I've been buying it for about 3 months!!! Very noticeable difference! I gained around 15 lbs in muscle! I'm huge! Best to buy the products from Walmart. Much cheaper and very knowledgable staff. Just keep at it! Pm me if u have any question! I know more then these posers!

If you don't know then you're most definitely not ready. Var is best if you're already lean. I can't attest to the strength gains b/c the one time I took it I was so pumped full of tren nothing was going get me stronger. It did help me on the final step of my cut though. Do some more research and think about. You didn't mention anything about PCT either.

If you want to get bigger be sure to workout every muscle group every day! The whole resting thing is a bloody myth! Just be sure to dri I plenty of water! I find it very beneficial to substitute the milk with muscle milk in your ceral. Very delicious! Try to do at least 10 sets with 8reps each! You will be huge like ARNOLD!

you are still young and you are doing the right thing by eating good and training good, i don't think you need to take anything. but to answer your question about anavar, unlike what some might say, you will have some good results with only 20 mg of anavar for about 2 months. there is no need for 50mg, 50 mg is a dose where you can have some side effects. for heavy steroid users 20 mg and even 50 mg might not affect them but it is different for someone like you.
Again it is time for you to start experimenting with your training and vary your routine, you will reach your goals without any steroids at all, it will just take some time longer. And for sure any test will kill your potentials at your age.

Your muscle to bf ratio seems efficient enough to up the mg of your gamma tabs, need to boost more testosterone levels to gain more mass!
