1. Would 11-oxo have any benefit in a bulk or would it only be useful in a cut to mitigate the muscle wasting effects of cortisol during a caloric defecit?
2. Is it strong enough to promote fat loss during a bulk?
3. Would a 6 week 11-oxo ONLY cycle be strong enough to need a SERM?
I just came off about 8 weeks of 11-oxo at about 400mg a day. Bulked up during that time. Lost some fat initially but then gained most of it back as I added allot of weight. I noticed dry joints as it killed cortisol but it wasn't bad. Ended up gaining about 10 pounds while only 2 or 3 pounds of it was muscle. I attribute most to muscle memory as i added calories but I still got a ton more vascular. Didn't SERM, didn't feel shutdown at all.
