Hi everyone ,
I have just started my fourth week of my 6-week h-drol cycle (1st time). At the end of 2nd week, I have gained around 4 pounds, but at the end of the for 4th week, I have only gained around 1 pound. Did I reach a plateau while on h-drol? Thought that people should expect most of their gains in week 3 and 4. I originally planned to do 50/75/75/75/75/75, should I up my dosage to 100 mg? I upped the dosage to 100 two days to see how it works. Let me know if you have any other suggestions.

Think about it like this. The more u weigh the more u have to eat to maintain that weight. Therefor to gain weight u have to eat more bro. Just throw in a extra shake a day throw in some oats and some pb

Well no shit but to get an extra easy 500 cals if he's already stuffed and can't pack down more food its a ton easier to drink a shake before bed. Everyone knows whole foods are better. Ur getting on my nerves

I, also, think you need to eat more...ghrh-6 will increase your appetite.
shakes are fine imo, throw in some olive oil, peanut butter, ground oats and whole milk and it pretty much is a meal




macros are macros, if drinking an extra shake on top of the rest of your food for the day helps you meet your macros for the day then thats fine imo...

I don't think it really matters where the OP gets the cals from.. as long as he gets them. He isn't to the point of anywhere near genetic potential, and the main reason is because he doesn't take in enough calories... I see a lot of arguing, when It really isn't necessary... OP, get more calories.. You are wanting to grow, get more calories...
Yes, whole foods are better(in the overall scheme of things), but a lot of people simply don't take in enough calories because they aren't home all day, with enough time to cook meals non-stop.. in this case, a shake or two a day will work wonders... We KNOW where the best calories are going to come from.. but how many of us have the time to take in ONLY the best calories?(not many of us!).. so just take in some food, a shake, whatever.. get yourself past the plateau with extra calories...
the whole point of all the advice that has been given to the OP is that the answer doesn't lie in increasing the dose of h-drol, it lies in your nutrition.. so take a step back and look at it from an objective viewpoint.. and do what you gotta do to take in more calories!
No need to argue about where to get the calories from(most of us are aware of the importance of not living on a liquid(shakes only) diet....).. but sometimes concessions must be given for the sake of sanity(in a perfect world, we could all have someone dedicated to making us all home-cooked, nutritious meals all day long(and bringing them to us at work, nice and hot...).. but that is far from reality for nearly every single one of us.. so do what you gotta do..
TAKE IN MORE CALORIES! BOTTOM LINE!
