Hey guys I am not sure how everyone likes to track their cycles and pct start and end dates but I just started my cycle today and also planned the whole thing out on separate Google Calender. So each day I can see what I will be taking and when I need to take it. Saves any guess work or having to remember things.
It took about 60 min to plug the whole cycle in there. You can set things to happen EOD or even on certain days of the week like pinning Mondays and Thursdays weekly till X end date. So setting up doesn't take to long. For those of you with smart phones you know your Google calender will drop these updates on there if you choose to have them display there. Hence I setup a separate calender name so I an toggle it on and off as need be.
I also track my daily calories and workout calories using LoseIt.com app. Feels good to have a solid plan and stick to it. My nutrition will be bang on daily.
I also discovered my PCT will start on my birthday which is Valentines Day's. How crappy is that hahaha. Oh Well... such as life.
Anyways I just thought this would be a great share for those of you that like to keep things on point and like to keep a solid daily schedule (or are forgetful). I hope this helps out some members here.
Feel free to share your own methods of tracking. I am sure some peoples are way more basic then this but honestly this was super easy to setup. If you have a super easy cycle you could plug it in a bit faster then I did. I have a bit of an advanced cycle in there so took a bit longer to enter.

It is good, I just get paranoid having it on computer.
Tren...it's what's for dinner!
Well you can set your new calendar to private so no one else can see or access unless you give them access. Each of my entries I set as private. Now each day I just check my iPhone and follow along![]()

Naivety will be your downfall if you don't make yourself aware that there is NO SUCH THING AS SECURE!... Your google calendar is linked to your gmail acct(don't think for a minute that the feds can't hack into your gmail if they want to...) Keeping track is a good idea, but thinking that it is inaccesable if you have it set to private is naive....
I'm not knocking you bro, I'm just trying to make you aware that you aren't as 'secure' as you think you are!... Keep that in mind, and you will be a lot more safe bro!

If David Petraeus' emails weren't secure then neither are anybody else's.
His emails were handed over with merely a subpoena, no warrant was obtained.
Google and so many other search providers, ISPs and wireless carriers routinely hand over "private," "sensitive" information to law enforcement and government agencies as well as private corporations and other entities without subpoena, warrant, writ or any legal device...so much of the time it is offered up no questions asked.
I'll stick with outlook.
I guess you could write it all in code or Pig Latin...
Mozilla Sunbird ....stores on your hdd ....and dont be stupid you know what you are doing so t/d/a could be test deca anavar etc ...if they are confiscating your pc ...its prob all over anyway ....
Anyway I like sunbird ...reminders etc...its sweet
I realize no matter which method used unless straight up paper copy it is NOT 100% secure (and if someone finds paper copy your fkd too).
I also wrote it out in a way that only I would understand too with my own abbreviations. Even if I I only plugged in on my iPhone calendar only still the same problem security wise. Same goes for the peeps using Outlook or Thunderbird etc.
