    Question CEM Keto with Clen question

    Hey guys.
    I am thinking of getting the Clen for use in a couple months and know I have seen to take Keto with is so I don't need to do the 2 on 2 off I see posted here for using clen.
    I am sort of lost on how much dose I need, how many bottles for a 6-8 week run with clen and when is best to take keto?

    Sorry if this has been asked but I see a lot on clen without keto and I don't want to mess up order.

    Also is there a discount code for this forum or something?

    ohh one more Q; I am thinking of maybe a cjc with ghrp cycle, but what is better ghrp2 or ghrp6? (thinking of going 3mo with it)

    I wouldnt run the clen longer than 6-8 weeks. After week 2 you start taking 1mg ketotifen at night right before bed. This will help maintain the effectiveness of the clen and keep you from having to up the dosages. Personally i dont think you should ever need to go over 125mcg / clen/day/ In fact you should start very low like 50mcg and see how that works for you. Id say 1-2 bottles of clen and 2 keto will cover you. as far as a code for CEM - they are having a big ass sale today where you dont need a code. Everything is like 35% off.

    Im running a cjc1293/ghrp6 cycle right now. They say ghrp6 increases appetite more than ghrp2. The ghrp 6 def increases my appetite but it is manageable. I have never done ghrp2 to compare.

    Got a couple Q's if you don't mind:
    Just curious why you rec at night time? Is it because it can make you sleepy? (I saw that posed somewhere) Would it help with sleep?

    also Do you mind me asking how you ran the ghrp or cjc and also have you used it along with clen?

    It can definitely make you sleepy, so always take it before bed. I got great sleep with keto,, but was still drowsy in the morning. You may have to force yourself up.

    Yeah the ketotifen definitely makes you tired man so right before bed for me with that.
    Im running 300mcg/day of cjc1293 and 300mcg/day of ghrp 6. I split them up into 3 - 100mcg injections. One upon waking , one pre workout or in late afternoon. Final one right before bed. I have not run them with clen. I will say this with just the pes i notice that i get away with some additional cals with no added fat gain whatsoever. id imagine with clen you could expect some good fat loss.

    crappers! I just got their clen also, but I had no idea about keto to use with it! ughhh!
    I was about to start it too!
    Would it be ok to start the clen now, order the keto (took less than a week for clen to get to me, so I should be safe with 2 weeks leeway correct?) then in 2-3 week just start the keto?

    Depends on the individual.

    You guys taking clen are too much. That (in my opinion) has to be the worst drug ever used in the fitness community. Long half life, shakes, cramps, fatigue and headaches just to lose a few lbs? Why not just use some ECA and feel like a God and get the same if not better results? Not only that but you can fall asleep at night and not be all "cracked out".

    This stuff is also dosed in mcgs, not mgs and the dosing has to be perfect. Anytime you use mcgs in a liquid form I would avoid it and find a human grade tab replacement. Then you KNOW the dosing is what it is supposed to be.

    People tell me (and from my research) that ephedrine is more of a stim and makes you feel "cracked out". I only plan to take it in the early AM, isn't that enough time so that I can sleep ?
    It doesn't seem to be an issue to people I see using clen.
    If I have that issue, or the others you mention (other then some shakes which it seems some may get) Ill just stop the clen.
    clen seems to also have a small anabolic or at least anti-catabolic effect which I don't seem to see with the eca you mention? That was one of the things that sold me on wanting to try this one out, Lose some fat and possibly keep/gain some muscle.

    Clen will make you shake all day almost so much that if you need to type or write it can be difficult... so it's not a maybe kind of thing it is a definetly kind of thing and if you dont get them then your clen isn't working (bunk). you will get cramps and the shakes last about all day. I can sleep on just about anything but my wife is a different story. im not saying not to take it im just saying you will get the sides.

    Clen being anti catabolic is a myth, it's pure bro-science. I've seen a couple of different studies on it and the contradict one another so I'll just go with what I believe.

    If you think ECA will make you cracked out as compared to clen, that really depends upon the individual and their tolorance to stimulants. Everyone is different.

    The half life of ECA is about 4-6 hours where clen is about 36-48 hours.......no thanks. I want to be able to control the effects, not the other way around. I also want to feel good, not bad.

    There was a study done that ephedrine is actually somewhat protein sparing, but I don't remember the fine details.
