Blood work before 2nd Cycle...... God damn it's LOW
well, got my blood work results before starting 2nd cycle, and i don't know what to make of it.
Blood work 1 month prior to 1st cycle and my Total Test was @ 314 (250-1100 ng/dL) ...and Free test was @ 73.3 (35-155 pg/mL)
Blood work 1 month after my PCT and my Total test was @ 329 (249-836 ng/dL) ...and Free test was @ 8.4 (8.7-25.1 pg/mL)
Blood work 6 months after PCT and 1 week before 2nd cycle and Total Test was @ 276 (249-836 ng/dL) ...and Free Test @ 9.7 (8.7-25.1 pg/mL)
I am a few days from starting my 2nd cycle...what should i do? should i see a specialist or am i just freaking out for nothing and just start 2nd cycle?
I mean never lost sex drive (i am always horny God damn it), but i do feel tired and need to take a nap during the day (normal right?)
seems a bit low to being with but about in the same spot.
whats your worry i am a bit confused?
having lower end test levels or that its a few points lower on this last test?
oh nice... that's comforting.lol i am gonna have a legit reason to pin every other f*** day.lol Life is good again.
with all seriousness, i have suspected the low Test thing in my early 20's since i have a couple of surgeries done on my left Testicle.
From that day on, i just pressed on and kept lifting, didn't want to take that for an excuse... lifted heavier, longer, and ate more. But it looks like i should have listened to my body back then.... i am going to see a specialist today, so we'll see.
BTW, I am 32, 5'7, 195, 14%BF, training for 10+ years
Your test was fairly low even before your cycle, after pct it was pretty much back to normal, and results vary so your new test probably isn't totally accurate. Doesn't look like you 've changed a whole lot, but I would look into TRT at this point personally.
You could have drawn blood and results in a low point on your hormonal cycle so if you really want to be sure, retest in 2-3 weeks. But yeah TRT is probably on the menu at some point, I'd say your test will gradually lower after each cycle, I know mine does.

all indications are pointing to TRT....it was low before, low after, low still. I gotta start researching TRT and how bad this thing is... i might at least feel better once i am taking adequate amount of test that i never had before.
its up to you, but trt ain't so bad. you're prolonging the inevitable but if you feel fine and are making decent gains then maybe hold off a few years
^^ x2
In my opinion it is the inevitable but I totally agree with digital that if you're feeling fine..making gains sit on the idea of trt for a little while imho
I'm just a young blood so what do I know

Looks to me like TRT is in your future. it's still OK to take time off to let your body rest but it might be a good idea to get with an endo the next time you plan to take a few months off. The problem is more endos primarily treat diabetics and know fukall about androgen therapy. so, it may take a yar for them to finally get your treatment strait and then you have to play catch as catch can every time you want to cycle. A less intrusive route is to get with a trt clinic like Spectrum HRT or one of those. You can just do a physical once a year and send them blood work and they script you your test. Either that or do it yourself. I have advanced degrees in biomedicine and biochemistry so i just do it myself and anyways, I still recover. But, essentially I am on some sort of hormone for 8 months of the year and still healthy after decades of this. It can be done smart and semi-safely.
