also should it be extremly hard to push the syringe in? i had to put a lot of pressure on it for it to move, im thinking my gear is overly thick.

Okay so this is going to sound dodgy as fuck and i dont want 20 fellas on here ripping me about it but i do need help for next time.
we had 5ml in a satchel and i researched how to get it out of there, so i got my friend to hold the satchel after sterilising everything and poked 23g needle through where there was no liquid and put needle down into liquid and tried to pull it into syringe but i only got half a ml in and then no more would come through, it would just pull and then go back to the same spot. so then we decided it wasnt going to work, we sterilized an empty shot glass heaps and took the needle tip off and just used the syringe to pull though, then injected as normal. tell me how bad this is, and how to do it better next time.
thanks

You must put air in the vial thats the exact same amount of what liquid your taking out. So, if you want 1ml of liquid, you must inject 1ml of air in it or it wont come out sometimes. Its a sealed vial and a vacuum is created if you dont put air in it.

Wow, you need to inject the same ml of air into the vial, that you are pulling out of the vial in order for it to come out easily. I load with an 18ga needle then swap over to my 25ga to actually inject with. The 18ga loads up pretty quickly without trying hard at all.
injecting air into a satchet? haven't heard of that one![]()

Isnt a sachet a vial? If not disregard
Ya, a sachet is a vial. Some countries use that term. I just googled hormone sachet and vials came up.
weird.. when my buddy ordered stealth satchets they came in little plastic packs lol..
U don't have to inject air but it helps... Use a bigger gauge needle
Sometimes oil is thick and before poking holes in a satchets (if not a a vial) run some hot water on it to thin oil out. I do this with my amps sometimes.

I would always sit my vial in a bowl of warm water that covered about 3/4 of the vial, while I took my shower. So once I got out and got ready to pin the oil would be much easier to inject and load.

yea it is a clear bag not a vial, i was thinking to buy some whatman filters, still empty the bags into a sterilized shot glass but then filter it into empty vials so its not such a hassle everytime, the filters are quite expensive though. So if i just dont use filters and do what i did last time and just prefilled the syringes with one ml and leave in the syringe until i inject is this such a bad thing?

also if i just leave it in the syringe could i then run the syringe under hot water for easier injection or would some water get in or make it unsterial. my main issue here is i dont want to get infection from unsterile use.

also does it matter to buy non sterile filters?

Provide information, are you trying to push through 27g, 25g, 23g, 22g..... Oil is fine pushed through 23-25g, 25g if cold and high mg/mL may be tough, but be patient. You aren't looking for a 5 second injection here. Get it warm one way or another if necessary. Really, you should know all of this already from your research.

The sachet is akin to a McDonald's ketchup packet. It is most definitely NOT a vial.
If you put it in a shot glass you dry heat sterilized and used sterile syringes to draw ALL of it into individual doses, you should be fine.
You can also use a sterile syringe to draw and then put it all into a sterile sealed vial. You would need to put an a second pin (no syringe) into the vial to vent while you're adding the oil. You will have two pins in the vial. One for venting and one for injecting the oil into the vial.
Just disconnect/reconnect the pin from the syringe for the one you're using to inject the oil into the vial (this way you're not poking hole after hole in the septum).

thanks heaps for ya help guys, mind at ease now.

Also 1 (whatman?) filter can do something like 100ml or something like that. So it's not like once you use it, it's done.
Put that bitch into the bottom corner of the satchet and go to town. Be smart, don't be a retard.

The difference between sterile filters and a non-sterile ones is that the sterile filters are individually packaged while the non-sterile aren't. Apart from that, they are made and sterilized in the same way. But when the filter is sealed, it's guaranteed to stay sterile until opened while the non-sterile aren't guaranteed sterility since they can come in contact with whatever.
