You need a SERM like clomid or nolva for pct, the pct product included with the stack is NOT sufficient IMO.

I am about to start a DMZ cycle, i have never taking anything before (besides protein, creatine, ZMA, BCAA's) i have all the other products that came with the stack. My last physical I had a high blood pressure and my doctor was a little concerned. I am going in to have it re-checked and was wondering if DMZ could worsen it? Also, i have read that it is not good to take pre-workouts while taking pro-hormones, is this true? If i follow the stack instructions should the sides be minimal?

Yes super dmz can increase your blood pressure, IML cycle support, healthy diet and a gallon of water a day to help prevent this.. And a serm is recommended.
cycle assist, extra hawthorne berry, lots of water, and aegis/tudca.. serm i would go with Torem. I felt great on it and mad me recover alot quicker than nolva.
You shouldn't use SDMZ if you have High blood pressure! What's your ?ge? How long have you been training? What's your diet? What's you percentage of bodyfat? What's your goal?

i respect your opinion but i have been on this diet for a while now and body fat had went down 3% and strength has increased substantially.
Everyone is different if it's working
For u and u can stick w it then that's what's important
Also I'd still use a pre work out and cialis and yes run a pct
Eat eat eat drink lots of water u should see some nice gains if u dont get any bad sides

It is staying up... I'm dropping bf getting more lean and veiny but still looking full Abs are showing nice


DMZ is good stuff. I always get good gains on it but my BP and lipids go way up. I feel like 4 weeks is too short and when I'm just seeing good gains. I still have bottles of the original.

i can not believe how fast results come with dmz 2.0 i look like i have been on a 6 week cycle of tren a after one week of taking 1 pill a day along with 500mg a week of test e.crazy i am going up to 2 pills a day going to be crazy results.
Why 7 meals? How many cals in this??? How many proteins, fat, carbs etc.... you obviously not familiar with a proper diet. You should read Built articles.... also start with SDMZ especially running it alone is not the best idea.

SDMZ is blowing my mind right now..I'm on day 12 and up 12 lbs..I've never used anything like this..(no gear)..I am bigger every time I look in the mirror..people I work with keep asking me why my shoulders are so thick and why the veins on my arms...what a fun ride
OP u won't drop 6% bf in one 4 week cycle.. But stick to the diet and train hard.. you'll get there. I would even eat more
