Haven't had back pumps from tren but I get unbearable ones from dbol.
Taurine works actually. I didn't think it would but it helped. Forget the dose
Running Tren A and having a hell of a time doing any cardio due to lower back pumps a a half mile into a run. Tonight I did deadlifts and for about 20 minutes after I had a terrible lower back pump I could barely put the weights away...LOL
I can see the pump/cramps in lower back on back day but can't seem to get my cardio in. Dont you guys do cardio on a Tren run...?

Make sure you get plenty of fluids and take about 3000mg taurine daily and they should subside!
Taurine and potassium.
