To sum it up, my cycle would look like this. Need your last say before im confident its good to go:
Week 1-12 Sustanon @ 500mg E3D
Week 1-10 Nandrolone Blend @ 500mg E3D
Week 1-6 Dbol @ 20-30mg per day
Week 1-12 HCG @ 250ius twice a week
Week 1-14 Arimidex @ 0.5mg EOD
PCT: Aromasin @ 25/25/25/12.5
Clomid @ 100/100/50/50
Would it be better to split the dbol to 3 separate doses in a day (when taking 30mg/day?) I know you said you used to take them all at pre-workout.

Ops, i mistyped my cycle dosages. Meant to say
Week 1-12 Sustanon @ 250mg E3D (So its slightly over 500mg/week)
Week 1-10 Nandrolone Blend @ 150mg E3D (slightly over 300mg/week)
Week 1-6 Dbol @ 20-30mg per day
Week 1-12 HCG @ 250ius twice a week
Week 1-14 Arimidex @ 0.5mg EOD
PCT: Aromasin @ 25/25/25/12.5
Clomid @ 100/100/50/50
1. Will have caber on hand, controlling estrogen with arimidex on cycle so prolactin sides wont come too easily.
2. Ignore the stats, hows the cycle design? Is it okay to do sustanon+nandrolone blend E3D rather than Twice a week etc.

But if you insist on knowing my stats, am 180cm @ 80kgs sub 10% bf. Did first cycle of 500mg Test E, this would be my second cycle. Calories @ plus minus 3300cals at the moment. Taking it easy now, pre-cycle priming. Just took a week or 2 off training and eating. Diet has always been home cooked. Eat outs are rare probably one or two meals in a week. Trains heavy and pretty intensed. Would be doing HIT cardio of 10-15 minutes twice a week after workout on this cycle. Training 3 days on 1 day off then repeat.
Cycle looks good. I would do it E3D rather than twice a week depending on the esters in your sustanon blend.
For your body weight this should be a good cycle, but you could probably even do without the nandrolone considering it is your second cycle. But whatever floats your boat
Edit: Maybe others can chime in, but for 500mg/week of test you could probably half that dosage of arimidex.

Yup, most likely doing it E3D both sus250 and nandrolone blend.
And I figured that dosage arimidex is the minimum already. Heavyiron suggested 0.5mg-1mg daily.

I would up the arimidex to ED if it were me, or better yet use exemestane the whole time
split up the dbol dosages on off days, if you want to run them all preworkout on training days try it and see how you like it
