I like to use suspended AI's (eg letro) for easy dosing.
but DON'T get Caber like this is degrades quickly, for liquids I would rec Prami.

They seem more hit and miss. I've seen labs showing ai was junk. During the same time three packs of Letro did nothing while someone else's stuff did. That being said, mp did cure the first gyno I ever had.
